Greek Yogurt Ranch (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 1 cup Greek yogurt (preferably 5% fat)
02 - Juice of ½ lemon or 2 tbsp vinegar
03 - 1/2 tsp garlic powder
04 - 1/2 tsp onion powder
05 - 1/4-1/2 tsp dried dill
06 - Add salt, as needed
07 - 1-3 tbsp water, if you want it thinner (optional)

→ Optional

08 - 2 tbsp chopped fresh chives

# Instructions:

01 - In a jar or any container with a tight lid, add all your ingredients.
02 - Shake it up until the mix is smooth and consistent.

# Notes:

01 - Milk, buttermilk, or milk alternatives work instead of water for a creamier mix.
02 - Don’t add water if you want it thicker, like a dip.
03 - The garlic taste will get stronger after a while.
04 - Use twice as much if switching dried herbs with fresh.
