# Ingredients:

→ Fresh Produce

01 - 1 lime, squeezed for juice
02 - 2 large celery stalks, roughly chopped
03 - Half a cucumber, cut into slices
04 - Ginger, about a thumb-size piece
05 - Two full handfuls of kale or a mixed green blend
06 - Two kiwis, peeled and sliced up
07 - 1½ granny smith apples, thin slices
08 - Half a cup of fresh parsley, finely chopped
09 - Two cups of fresh pineapple, chopped into bits

→ Liquid

10 - 5 cups of coconut water (add more if too thick)

# Instructions:

01 - Chop, cut, and prep everything in advance, keeping them within reach.
02 - Toss all prepared items into your blender and let it run until the mixture is smooth.
03 - Pour it bit by bit through a fine sieve, pushing down to get all the juice out.
04 - Pour the juice into jars or a sealed container. Refrigerate—it keeps fresh for two weeks.

# Notes:

01 - Feel free to swap in other ingredients to suit your taste.
02 - For juicers, skip sieving and just juice the ingredients straight.
03 - Best if taken daily, first thing in the morning.
04 - Yields about 1.5 liters once done.
