Lighter Greek Yogurt Squares (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main

01 - ½ cup chopped chocolate pieces
02 - 1 cup light or fat-free vanilla yogurt
03 - ½ cup any sweetener (dark brown, white, or zero-calorie)
04 - ¾ cup regular flour (swap for gluten-free options)
05 - ½ cup unsweetened cocoa
06 - ½ teaspoon baking soda powder
07 - ½ cup whatever milk you like

08 - 1 cup mini chocolate morsels

# Instructions:

01 - Heat your oven to 350°F. Put parchment in an 8x8-inch baking dish.
02 - Zap the chocolate chunks in the microwave till melted. Let it sit briefly, then stir with the yogurt and sweetener until it's all blended.
03 - Dump in flour, cocoa, and baking soda, stirring just enough to mix. Pour in milk and blend thoroughly. Toss in chocolate morsels if you want them.
04 - Dump mixture into your lined dish and bake for 25-30 minutes. It's done when a toothpick comes out mostly clean.
05 - Let it rest in the pan for 10 minutes, then move to a cooling rack until completely cool.
