Mini Pizza Bagels (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Foundation

01 - 250g shredded mozzarella
02 - 4 pre-sliced bagels

→ Flavor Mix

03 - 250g tomato passata
04 - 1 teaspoon oregano (dried)
05 - 1 teaspoon powdered garlic
06 - Freshly cracked black pepper and sea salt as desired

# Instructions:

01 - Slice bagels horizontally and set them on a lined tray.
02 - Stir the tomato passata, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and black pepper together in a bowl. Spoon the mix evenly over each bagel half.
03 - Spread the mozzarella over the tomato base. Pile on any extras you like.
04 - Oven: Bake at 180C for 14-16 minutes. Grill: Heat for 3-5 minutes. Air Fryer: Cook at 200C for 5-6 minutes. Always check for bubbling cheese and golden edges.

01 - Keep leftovers in the fridge covered for up to 3 days.
