Turn your oven on to 350°F and lightly grease a mini muffin pan.

Spoon about 2 to 2 1/2 tablespoons of shredded cheese into each muffin holder. Layer 3–4 pieces of pepperoni on top. Sprinkle some Italian seasonings over it.

Pop it in the oven for about 7–8 minutes, until the tops are golden brown. Then, let them cool for five minutes before taking them out.
