Pepperoni & Cheese Snacks (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main

01 - About 50 tiny slices of pepperoni
02 - 1 cup of shredded mozzarella (the dry kind)
03 - 2 tablespoons of a mix of Italian herbs

→ Optional

04 - A little marinara sauce for dipping on the side

# Instructions:

01 - Turn your oven on to 350°F and lightly grease a mini muffin pan.
02 - Spoon about 2 to 2 1/2 tablespoons of shredded cheese into each muffin holder. Layer 3–4 pieces of pepperoni on top. Sprinkle some Italian seasonings over it.
03 - Pop it in the oven for about 7–8 minutes, until the tops are golden brown. Then, let them cool for five minutes before taking them out.

# Notes:

01 - You can try a cheese swap, but avoid ones that are extra wet.
02 - To make them crispy, use Parmesan cheese instead of mozzarella and bump the temperature to 400°F.
03 - If you don’t have mini pepperoni, regular-sized ones work just fine.
