Hershey Kiss Cookies (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 teaspoon fine sea salt.
02 - 1 teaspoon baking powder.
03 - 1 large egg.
04 - 1 1/3 cups all-purpose flour.
05 - 1 cup peanut butter.
06 - 1/2 cup light brown sugar.
07 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
08 - 1/2 cup plus 1 tablespoon granulated sugar.
09 - 1/2 cup and 2 tablespoons melted unsalted butter.
10 - 60 Chocolate Kisses, unwrapped.

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 350°F and get a baking sheet ready with parchment paper.
02 - Combine the flour, salt, and baking powder in a bowl. Give it a whisk.
03 - Cream the peanut butter, melted butter, and both sugars until smooth. Toss in the egg and vanilla, and mix it all together.
04 - Add the dry mix into the wet mix on a low setting until it all comes together.
05 - Roll small scoops of dough into little balls and pop them on the sheet with some space between.
06 - Put the tray in the oven for around 10 minutes.
07 - When the cookies come out, softly press a chocolate kiss into the center of each one.
08 - Let them sit and cool for about 5–10 minutes before diving in.

# Notes:

01 - Yields roughly 50 cookies.
02 - Unwrap the chocolates before you start mixing.
03 - Stick the chocolates on while the cookies are still warm.
