Set your oven to 350°F and get a baking sheet ready with parchment paper.

Combine the flour, salt, and baking powder in a bowl. Give it a whisk.

Cream the peanut butter, melted butter, and both sugars until smooth. Toss in the egg and vanilla, and mix it all together.

Add the dry mix into the wet mix on a low setting until it all comes together.

Roll small scoops of dough into little balls and pop them on the sheet with some space between.

Put the tray in the oven for around 10 minutes.

When the cookies come out, softly press a chocolate kiss into the center of each one.

Let them sit and cool for about 5–10 minutes before diving in.
